1. To avoid no stock, all orders made advise to be pay on the same day. 1^st come 1^st serve basis. If the payment still haven’t received within 48 hours, we will cancel the order. 2. We will assure that the product is in good condition before we sent out the parcel. We will not be responsible on any damages , defects or  lost on the products on the delivery process. Good solds are not returnable or exchangeable. 厂家都会确保货品出货前毫无损坏，如邮寄过程中有任何损坏，遗失，卖家一 概不负责。货出门怒不退还或更换。所以买家们购买前，请三思。

3. Colour of the products in the computer screen/website  may differ from the actual product. It is recommended to separate your clothes especially dark colour clothes when you do your first laundry. 图片颜色会因电脑银幕设定差異会略有不同,以实际商品颜色為准. 所有商品以实物照为标准，切勿以模特儿照片凭空想象, 看好实物照, 尺寸和颜色后才下单。网站上大部分的衣服建议您第一次洗衣服时，尤其是深色衣服，应分开处理。

4.  After received the payment, we will sent out your order in the next working day. After sending out your parcel, we will inform you the tracking number by your contact email.
